The Problem
The client came with an AI-generated Shopify theme that looked like a starting point but lacked the flexibility required to manage the storefront properly. The theme had limited theme settings, insufficient reusable sections, and performance issues that affected the overall shopping experience.
The Solution
Rebuilt the entire Shopify storefront from the ground up. Reworked the theme architecture, introduced flexible and reusable sections and settings, refined the responsive experience, and addressed performance issues across the storefront. The rebuild focused on giving the client full control over the store while creating a cleaner, faster, and more scalable shopping experience.
